We have been in our new home for a little over a month now & we are blown away by how beautiful it is. We sat down with Brian with a piece of paper in hand of what we envisioned our home to look like. Him & his team literally brought it to life & our home turned out better than we could’ve ever imagined. Brian helped us every step of the way. He helped us with our house plans, helped us with permitting for our property & communicating back & forth with the city, & he was on top of every detail throughout the building process. He was on site all the time, giving us updates & schedules regularly, communicating with us almost daily on what was going on, answering all our questions. He answered almost every call or called us back so quick. There weren’t many times that I went to the house to check on things that I didn’t run into Brian. He was always ready to do whatever it took to make sure the job got done smoothly, promptly, & with excellence. He was very attentive to the project & made sure it got done right. He noticed things that I didn’t see & made sure they were corrected. Little things that I noticed were corrected before I could even mention it. He definitely has attention for detail & treated our build like it was his own personal home. Leslie gave me input & helped me finalize my selections. Her opinion was super helpful & made the process so much easier. Having her help gave me a lot of peace of mind that what I was selecting was going to give me the look I was going for. Leslie & Brian were both available to us to answer our questions & communicate with us during the entire process. We had our second daughter in the midst of building & Brian & his team made the whole process so smooth & stress free for both Austin & I. We are so thankful we decided to use Briar homes to build our house. It truly was such a great experience! Brian still reaches out to us to check in & see if we need anything. He really did go above & beyond for us! I also have to mention that he got this house done in just over 6 months so 5 stars for that!!
